win98 compaq problems

my friend has aproblem with here compaq it was purchased
new 5 years ago and shes lost here product number shes
been sent 2 flppy discs to solve the registration
problems but they dont work and she cannot enter here
code microsoft say its down to compaq but i fell its
down to microsoft to alocate here a valid product code
thro compaq but they wont can any one help the petore
discs a compaq and load win98se automaticaly and lo and
behold you require a prod code wich she doesnt have any
more it is driving her around the bend (me too as im thhe
one trying to sort it out for her

What is wrong with your keyboard? There is no capitalization or punctuation
in your post which makes it difficult to understand. What do you want--the
Product Key for W98? If so, US customers can contact Microsoft at: 1 800
642-7676. They will issue retail and OEM product keys after verifying data
located on the W98 CD.
