TASK BAR PROBLEM

Hii all

I have a little problem ... my Task Bar is acting strange ..... I can not
resize it or move it on my screen.... it never gives me the cursor of
resizing .. it is not goo size I need to change it... but I can not

Two options -

Either, right-click on the taskbar and select 'Properties' and the choose
the 'Unlock the Taskbar' option, then try again.

Or, if only recent (past few days) try running System Restore and select the
last time/date when you were able to "resize it or move it" on your screen.
