Default Changing domain password in 98 terminal

Hi,

My company uses Win Server 2k3 with many XP networked to it. However, we
also have a few WIN 98 connected in as well.

My question is: Can we let the Win98 user change a domain password via their
terminal? (Other than force a change during first time login).

Thanks
