Default Generic Low Level HDD Formatter

Hi,

I would like to perform a low level format on a Western Digital 3.2G
HDD. Note: "Format", that comes with the OS, only does high level formatting.
Do you know where I can get a generic low level HDD formatter program?

Thanks in advance, Brad

Before you type your password, credit card number, etc.,
be sure there is no active key logger (spyware) in your PC.

That is a "mid-level" formatting process. Low-level formatting is done at
the place of manufacture.

No that's a website.

It's actually not formatting but zeroing a portion of the drive.
