Unable to access word
i am unable to access microsoft word because i cannot find
the 25 character code number. I call dell but they were unable to help me.

Unable to access word
Assuming Dell provided you with the MS Office manual, your product key

Unable to access word
The key code is on the MS Word Disk sleeve, if you still have it.
Contact Dell Tech support by email. They should help you once you can identify yourself and the machine ID. I had the same problem and Dell was very helpful. Also, try running Belarc. If there is any trace of Word on your machine, Belarc will find the Key Code.
