UNABLE TO ACCESS MICROSOFT EXPLORER
RECENTLY DOWNLOADED SBC DSL. OPENING PAGE FREEZES AFTER
OPENING. I AM UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES OR ACCESS MICROSOFT INTERNET. MY INTERNET PROVIDER (AOL) WORKS FINE SO DSL IS WORKING. SBC UNABLE TO HELP.

You don't mention this. Have you set up an account for the ISP SBC in the browser
you use? Do you have a firewall that is not configured to allow SBC even though it should automatically set a rule to allow? Did you have an AV app running when you dl'd/installed SBC that may have corrupted it? -- Brian A. Jack of all trades, Master of none.
