Assuming you mean the Win9x version of the patch - it was fixed back in
April!!

Uhuh, for quite a while! It hasn't caused a BLOD since March,
bellringer! That was a rare, orderly Fatal Exception 0D that did not
take down the whole system, but actually would continue after pressing
any key!

As the others have stated, it's been fixed for over half a year. If you still have
the old one installed, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and End Task on Kb891711, if shown
there; then uninstall the update through Add\Remove Programs.

Whether or not you have uninstalled it previously, make sure to delete this folder,
and all its contents:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KB891711

You should then be able to get the current version of 891711 through Windows Update.
