Crystal report - "PRINT ERROR! PLEASE CHECK AND PRINT IT AGAIN"
Has anybody found a solution of "PRINT ERROR! PLEASE CHECK AND PRINT IT AGAIN"
This Error message is shown randomly, and show in specific computer. In the development environment, it isn't shown. But while it used by the End-User, it appears. The Program use VB6 and Crystal report 8.5. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jojo |

Is this a local or a network printer? If a network, what type of network is
it? If it's Netware, be sure that you have the latest client drivers available from Novell. Older client drivers may cause a random connectivity problems. Since it's only one computer having the problem, it could be any number of things. Does this happen when the computer is first booted? Or only later in a computing session? If only later, what programs were opened after booting but before the problem occurs? The problem may only seem random but actually be caused by some program loading up that uses a common file in memory and that file is not the version required for printing using Crystal report 8.5. Is there a problem printing anything else from this computer? If not, you might check the troubleshooting web site for Crystal Reports. http://support.businessobjects.com/ This article might also give you some ideas: HOW TO: Troubleshoot Printing Problems in Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Millennium Edition http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=128345 PattyL "Jojo" wrote in message om...
