flash player pop up

Can anyone tell me why I get a flash player debug console popup all the time!
It says I have a security sandbox violation. what does this mean??

As far as I know a 'sandbox' is a Sun Java term for providing an
area for Java programs to run in, as in - kids will play in a sandbox.

It could mean that your Sun Java has caught a particular web site
trying to foist a trojan hijacker upon you, if so, run as fast as
you can.

A Sun Java forum would be much more helpful.
