Can't start up
I had problems with my Norton antivirus after runnin a
system restore. I tried unistalling and reinstalling NIS by downloading the programs as that is how I purchased them. Anyway my system is now down ...when in safe mode all I have is a gray screen. When I restart I get the message "registry file not found" and SURegCreateKey failed. HELP
