Default ISO File Converter

I find that I can't open a file on floppy disk, created in Word 97 on
one computer, in Word 97 on another. (Same with WordPerfect 6.2.)
All I get is the error message "Unknown Format". What software is
available for a computer to open a file made on another? I have two
PCs & a laptop w/ Win98 & one w/ WinXP.

An ISO file is generally an image file either created from or used to burn
to a CD-R or CD-RW drive. Microsoft Word cannot read ISO files.

If a floppy made in one computer cannot be read in another it's likely that
one or the other of the drives is either dirty or the heads are out of
alignment.
