Default OPERATING SYSTEM DELETED!!

Some how when I was deleting unnecessary programs, somehow
something got deleted and I lost everything.. I mean
EVERYTHING. Now everytime I turn on the computer, I have
to type in the name, and the product key. I bought the
laptop used a long time ago. And I dont know how to fix
it. PLEASE HELP ME!! I NEED THIS LAPTOP FOR SCHOOL!!!

If you can still boot the computer then you can't have deleted everything.

What happens after you type your name and the product key? Does the machine
go through an installation procedure?

I think he doesn't have a product key; he just bough the
laptop 2nd hand as is.
