Looking for app to annotate photos
I'm looking for a small freeware application to add annotations to
photos, ie arrows, boxes, text, circles, ovals. It only needs to handle JPEGs. Resizing, cropping, and rotation would be nice but not essential. I've found apps that run on Win XP and Linux, and ones that capture screenshots, but all I want is something snappy than can do this: http://forum.hddguru.com/download/fi...1202&mode=view TIA. - Franc Zabkar -- Please remove one 'i' from my address when replying by email.

So can the updated mspaint (mine can).
