Delay in detecting proxy
I have cable for internet. Whenever I click on the IE to open up on the
bottom says detecting the proxy and takes about a good 30 seconds before it gets me the starting page. This also happens for Outlook Express. Is there anything I can do to remedy this annoying wait time? I don't recall changing anything. I am running AV, firewall in the background. Thanks for any suggestion.
