Cannot find C:\Windows\rundll32.exe

Default Cannot find C:\Windows\rundll32.exe

When attemping to open many of the basic functions on my
computer -Windows 98- (attempting to edit the Date/Time
fundtion or open any appl. within the Control Panel) I
receive the following error message

"Cannot find C:\Windows\rundll32.exe (or one of its
components) Make sure the path & filename are correct and
that all requires libraries are avilable"

I feel that I deleted something that I should not have.
Can anybodt help!!

Default Cannot find C:\Windows\rundll32.exe

Extract a new copy of RUNDLL32.EXE from either your Windows 98 CD or from the CAB
files on your hard drive, whichever you have, to the Windows folder, using the
"Extract one file" option of System File Checker (SFC).
