W98 Root Update file

All I need is the latest or last rootupdate file. I have been looking for the
last 2 days.
Anyone know where I can find it?

It's listed in Windows Updates as "Root Certificates Update" or words to
that effect. It's not in the Critical Updates section, though AFAIC, it
should be.

Thanks for this link Gary. Although, I do have the root update file it
reminds me of one format, clean install using full retail version of 98SE and
then use security cd followed by updating through Windows Update and noticing
that it took about three weeks for the update site to offer me the root
updates. I have no idea why.
