When the message come up again click on the Details button in the
error message windows.

Copy the first part of the detailed error message, up to the word
Registers:, and post that information back here. That will give us
something more specific to go on.

Also please try to remember back to when this problem first started.
What did you add/install/update/reconfigure/modify/uninstall/delete or
otherwise change in any way on the computer at the same time as this
problem started? Include that information in your reply as well.
