outlook express error or problem w/ MSOE.DLL?
Can't go to outlook express to read or send email. Says: "outlook express
could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded". I have windows ME on that pc and no disc to redo it with. On this pc have xp and the disc but this is a gateway and the other is a dell refurbished cheapy. Can I delete the ME and replace it with my XP disc I have for this one? And what about all the stuff I need to save off the other one? I've never done a backup. What about the key numbers I need to enter to install it? Will they work on the dell? -- clw
