Default another question

Thanks for your response,
I have another question, and I wonder if it may be related
to my (start button sticking) problem:
The clock(lower right)loses time. I can click on it and
hit OK, and it will correct its-self. It seems to happen
when I am doing something on the internet like reading a
long news article.
