Default Multi-Langage Support and Keyboard Properties

I am trying to install Multi-language support for Russian
language in the Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs/Windows
Setup. I checked the box for Multi-Language support and
click Apply. Windows instructs me to put the Windows 98SE
disk in the driver, which I did. I get an error message
that it can't locate the "Modern fon" file on the disk.

I have attempted to add Russian keyboard to the Control
Panel/Keyboard/Language, Add Language button, and click
Apply. Windows instructs me to put the Windows 98SE disk
in and I get a errror message that Windows can't find
the "kbdru.kbd" file.

I have searched for an answer without luck. Windows 98 SE
came with my Axis Systems computer, whicht went out of
business so I can't contact them. Microsoft won't help
because this is a Windows OEM product. Can anyone help me
load these programs?
Thanks,
Frank

It's no problem - MS offers the same "MS Multilanguage Support"
package for download - please see my short instruction and
read there about Lang.exe:
