Start up programs

What are the progams that are in my startup folder. I have
four user names on this computer and they all have
unnessesary programs on startup.I know I need systray and
explorer and antivirus. Also when I do add a program that
I want to run in the background by installing it by
clicking cancel when asked to log in it only puts an icon
on that taskbar and not on any of the users taskbars so I
don't know if it is working or not. Thanks in advance Bob.
