win 98se Internet Explorer 6.0 sp1

Since in myC.PAdd/Remove program, there is no entry of "nternet Explorer",
and there is a Internet Explorer folder in c:\Program Files\, can I just
delete the Internet Explorer folder and re-install it. Appreciate if someone
can assist to resolve the "Page cannot displayed" issue, thanks

Go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information.
On the Window that opens up, select "Tools" in the tool bar. A drop down
menu should appear. In that menu should be an item "Repair Internet
Explorer". Click that and then select the option "Repair Internet Explorer"
and then follow onscreen prompts.
