ms config & regedit dissapears!

Hi when tryin to run msconfig or regedit they dissapear
after popping up for a second or two, ive tried 4 virus
programs but when viruses are found and removed the
problem re occurs, plz helppppppp!!!!!!!

What viruses were found?

Many current viruses reinstall themselves if you don't get every scrap, and
also are good at disabling software intended to halt them. One of the more
successful approaches has been to use an online antivirus scanner - slow,
especially on dial-up, but they work! - since the viruses on your computer
can't delete the files on the web server. I have a section of free online

You may also have parasites instead of (or in addition to) viruses. Here are
