Removing Control Panel Icon
I recently installed a game from WildTangent. It put an Icon on the
Control panel. I uninstalled the game. However it left the Icon on the Control panel and I am not able to delete it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks ;-) |

Removing Control Panel Icon
Look for wtcpl.cpl and delete it. It should be in the System folder.

Alan already got it for you.
After that, you may want to run either Ad-Aware or SpyBot Search and Destroy, and remove all the Wild Tangent entries found, if any. -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "{Zenon}" wrote in message ...
