Default Thank you, Gary Terhune for the web-link

I wanted to tell everyone that this whole issue forced me to completely
re-examine my system and see why I had one medium risk vulnerability from
the full 35 tests that I went through. Well, guess what -- my computer was
vulnerable because I found a Trojan Dropper on my machine that got there
from the new version of CWShredder. I went ahead and made sure the AV
program was fully updated, all files to scan, ran the full slew of
anti-spyware/anti-malware/anti-adware tests, ran the command line for my
anti-virus program, booted into safe mode, disconnected my cable from the
Internet, checked with HiJack This for bad settings and deleted one entry
that I knew did not belong there, etc. Whew!, many hours later and now my
printer works in XP Pro. too except with the old printer driver and the new
printer driver is in use in 98SE (weird but it worked this way), I edited
the boot.ini to have Microsoft Windows changed to Microsoft Windows 98
Second Edition because I wanted it to say that. I changed the file back to
read me status. I could go on and on but here are my results from the test
now with ZoneAlarm Pro. turned on and everything running. Thank you so
much, Gary Terhune -- you have saved my computer from a world of huge hurt
vbg Let me know if you take monetary contributions.

Alright, I respect that very much and am really pleased that you are so
helpful to so many people for free. Let me know if there is any way that I
can nominate you for MVP of the year or make a general contribution to the
MVP fund if one is available. Finally, I thought I would mention that I
even had to unistall and reinstall the AntiVir because for some reason it
would not start but now all is Clean! after yet another full system scan
with AntiVir, along with full sweep with Spysweeper by Webroot, full scan
with Adaware (latest version), scan with Spybot search and Destroy, and
SpywareBlaster updated fully, along with ZA updated fully, whew I think I
mentioned everything -- :

Yow! That makes me trebly glad I was zeros on first try! Also, glad to
see your printer problem has been solved by the hubbub of it all. That's
a bonus!

(Yea, right, thanks, Terhune),
Thanks or Good Luck,
There may be humor in this post, and,
Naturally, you will not sue,
should things get worse after this,
