Default Still need help with my computer

I don't want to sound obnoxious or impatient, but my
computer is still down. The IE repair that ppoatt
suggested didn't work. I'm at a loss about what to do.
Are there any other suggestions? Please read my earlier
post Can't access any of my programs. Help! Thanks!

You received two additional messages earlier, both of which suggested
that you reinstall Internet Explorer. This would be a useful step, and
the idea of first reverting to the older version of IE seems useful to
me as it would assure that you get an entirely new IE6.
