Win98me monitor
Monitor works fine while comp starts up...until it trys
to run windows. Screen goes blank.. Works in safe mode....Also works if plugged into my win 98 laptop. The monitor is an older one. This problem started after total war viking invasion was unistalled. Have tried re-installing Win98me. Have 16 color / 640X480 option only. Thanks.

try this....
