Starts but cannot open

Default Starts but cannot open

I canonly get through to the start up first screen giveng
me options on normal msdos and so on ( the first 5 ) it
then says

Cannot complete as these files are missing;

c;\window\himen.sys
c;\window\dblbuff.sys
c;\window\ifshlp.sys

Can I repair this from disk? Please can anyone help?
