i want to install a web cam but i need the windows 98
disc. i have windows 98 why do i need the disc?

Search your hard drive for a folder that contains a lot of files with the
filename extension CAB. If you find it, then when the installation program asks for your W98 installation CD, direct it to that folder, or to the specific CAB file it is asking for.
