Default Uninstall a program that won't uninstall

Hello. I installed Legacy 5 (a genealogy program) but
don't like the program, so I wanted to uninstall it but
the damn program won't uninstall. I click Start
MenuControl PanelAdd/Remove programs and select Legacy
and click Add/Remove button but I get a dialogue box
saying...

Wise Uninstall
Could not open INSTALL.LOG file

The only option I have is to click OK button and that's
it, I can't uninstall it. How do I uninstall this program?
