Default How Do I Fix This Error

The Error Says Wtoolsa Wtoolsa has caused an error in
Kernel32.dll Wtoolsa Will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting
your computer I did this allmost every time theres A
kernal32.dll error this means to reinstall my os but how
do I fix this error without doing this step thank you J.X
