we keep getting fatal exeption messages which read
0028 c0277001 in vxd vredir (03) 00002001 hopefully you can help me thanks lee

Search "vredir"; Windows 98; Full Text; Exact Phrase; came up with about 4 pages full. Perhaps look through them for something close to your circumstance. Some may be easy to try.
