While I don't understand what "dumping memory" means, if it
does this on a scheduled basis, there is an application or
service running that does this. Check the "close program"
window (ctrl+alt+del) to see what is running, and check
Start | Run |msconfig | startup and see what is scheduled to
run at windows startup. If you can ID the "memory dumping"
program, run that application and make the appropriate
preference adjustments.

If "dumping memory" means something else, describe what is
happening, when it happens, how long has this been going on,
etc.
