Uninstall the HP software then reinstall the Canon software (after making certain it's Win98-compatible). -- ~PA Bear W8N4U wrote: I used to have a HP Scanner, now I have a Cannon. When I open one of my applications (PrintMaster 12) to make a small poster and I try to scan in the picture, it tries to open my old HP scanner. It doesn't have any other choices.
