WtoolsA Error

Default WtoolsA Error

Sure could use someone helps out there...I keep getting a
error that says WtoolsA has caused a error in Kernel32.dll
it comes up over and over until i get on line yesterday it
would even do it on line i don't know how to delete this
file or if i should I did find the file in the c drive but
it says the specified file is being used by windows and
won't let you delete it also......
the wtoolsa and a Wsup.exe show up if you hit the
ctrl ,atl and delete button a box comes up they are both
in there i was able to click on the wtoolsa and click end
task and it would remove it but not today.....sure hope i
get some answers as what to do.thanks

I had this problem and solved it only by deleting Wintools
from the registry and then removing the wintools program
and the wtoolsa file. This works.
