HELP!!! HELP!! Windows Dummy here

I was moving some fonts in and out of Windows Font files
and all of a sudden all my fonts on my screen went small.
When I go into Explorer all the files show small and very
faint color. Also when I brought Windows HELP up I get
another language other then English. I am running Windows
98 Second Edition. I need help fixing this problem! I
thank anyone who would be kind enought to help me.

In Internet exployer on the tools menu click internet
options on general tab click fonts. On the fonts dialog
box, select the options you want and then click OK. On the
general tab click accessibility. Under formatting select
and check boxes for the options you want, then click OK.
To apply the new font settings, in the internet options
dialog box, click OK. Hope that makes sense!!!!????
