And the relevance for Windows 98 users is.....

Come on 98 Guy, your supposed to do something here, where's your rant
or whatever you intend to do here. Did you forget the Laws erected
across the world after 9/11 and various other terrorist attacks...
Aren't you aware of other legalized activities similar to this...
Aren't you aware of other methods being deployed and used by other
manufacturers...

Got something to say, rustle up some manhood and tell it to someone who
can do something about it, better yet why don't you start a case and
prosecute it...

NO, sorry, it isn't.

It only shows you have no scope of the world and what has been going on
for years...

Oh gees, maybe you need some more information since you, of course,
aren't intelligent enough to keep up with anything on your own:

Judge's restraining order takes botnet C&C system offline

or from a closer source:

Cracking Down on Botnets

Think you can manage to figure out WHY these things might have been
possible... and how that might relate to your linked materials.

Of course, you, being engaged in the unlawful and illegal distribution
of pirated software might take issue with Microsoft cleaning some of the
garbage off the Internet... to the betterment of all of us other users
of the Internet.
