Default Motherboards and RAMJ

I have 5 different motherboards and about 10 RAM Chips
what's the easiest way to test them to see if thier any
good?

You first need to know the type of chip, and which board it's *supposed* to
be able to work properly on.

To do that, try using Google on any identifiers on the RAM sticks - and
check out the specs for the motherboards.
When you've found matches, you can try running memory testers from a DOS
boot - download DocMemory from www.simmtester.com and create the boot disk.
Use this to boot the PC, and run the test overnight to check the RAM
thoroughly.
See what it reports.

Hire a knowledgeble third-party to do it.
N.B. This will not be the least inexpensive way to do it.

Create a grid/table with the m/b's on the ordinate and the ram chips on the
abcissa, and check all possible combinations.
