Default Startup PC

I accidently deleted a file and restored the PC
to factory setting with a restore CD.
My problem is now the CD drawer opens everytime
I startup PC.Can anyone help me with this problem.

Exactly when in the startup procedure does the drawer open? Does it open as soon as
you turn the computer on with the power button; during the BIOS enumeration; or
after the Windows logo splash screen when Windows is starting to load?
