Default Disk defragmenting

I'm about to blow a gasket! Every time i try to defrag,
it continues to restart over and over again. There are no
programs open, but one is running. How can I tell which
one it is so I can stop it?

Here is a little utility to automate it for you:

You may have to run a program like norton disk doctor to
check your hard disk. Once run and repaired all works out.

started the DRFRAG and it worked like a champ
