Default changes wont stay?

I am having trouble taking things off my hard drive. When
I reboot the changes are right back on. My one nemisis is
an old KAK.htm that is on the windows start up programs
and can not be taken off. I use wid 98 second edition,
semantic anti virus and firewall ( tried to install with
and without to no avail). I have a search bar thing that
responds the same way? Any suggestions. Thanks. Tony

Go to the www site of your anti-virus software provider and download the
instructions for removing KAK.
