Print progress screen
In the last couple of days when I double click on the
printer icon in the system tray and bring up the printer queue screen, the printing jobs show very oddly. The progress displays as [for example] "10 of 3 pages", then "25 of 3 Pages" ,etc. until all three pages have printed. The total page count (3 in the example) is fine, it's the number of pages printed that is wrong, and increases exponentially until the job finishes. The printer is working fine, and it only prints the actual number of pages in a document. Is there any any way to get the display showing the correct numbers {1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3} again? |

Print progress screen
Does this happen with all programs that you print from or only one specific
program? Since it prints correctly, I'd probably not worry about it but if you want to troubleshoot it, some things that you might try a If only one program is affected, uninstall and reinstall that program. Remove and then reinstall the printer making sure that you check the printer manufacturer's site to see that you have the most recent driver. If this happens with Internet Explorer, go to Control Panel, Add/remove programs and if it's on the list, click to change or remove it. Then choose the repair option.
