Default IE Registry

In my registry under IE, there are listings of locations
visited on the web (some not purposely). I tried to
delete them, but they keep re-appearing. How do I
eliminate them? Thanks for your help.

Mark,

Do all of them keep reappearing? Without revisiting the sites? Or just some?

Next question. Are they sites you have actually visited? Also please
clarify 'in my registry under IE'. Exactly what key are you looking at?

There are a hundred of them in each of these two files, I
assume that I did visit some, but nearly all.

Here is the hierarchy:HKEY_CURRENT
USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Internet
Settings/P3P/History & .......P3P/zonemap/Domains

Thanks for your help!

shaking head That folder is completely empty on my system. I can't work
out what the key is for, and therefore can't tell you how to get rid of the
sites.

The only zonemap/Domains key I have is in a different area, under internet
settings, not under p3p. internet settings/zonemap/domains is a list of
sites that are allocated to restricted zone, trusted zone etc.

it and see what happens?
