Immediately after i reboot the computer the application crashes

Beta release of what? Win Me was released in 2000.

If you choose to run beta software on your PC you should:
a) Report problems with the software to the appropriate beta newsgroup or
site supporting the product, and,
b) Remember that beta is spelt BETA not BETTER.
