Default Task Bar/Sys Tray Question

Some how the Task Bar/Sys Tray at the bottom of Desktop has started acting
weird. I've got 98SE.
The 3 Startup Icons that were to the left of the clock are now under the
clock. The one other Task Icon that was to the right of the Quick Launches
is now under them, so to use any of those Apps, I have to pulled up the Task
Bar/Sys Tray to 2 or 3 times it's normal height. I've not added anything to
them it just started acting funning on it's own.
Any help/suggestions out there?

Thanks.....Bill
