Default Safe mode only boot up

After a power failure my pc will only boot up in safe mode.
What do i do to get it right ?

Can you reboot to normal Windows after the Safe Mode has finished, or is it
permanently stuck there? If you can reboot to standard Windows, that is
sorta kinda a standard feature. Though if it is on at the time of the
power failure, usually Scandisk starts. You can try disabling/changing it
via TweakUI.

Check your MSDOS.SYS file under the [options]for the line BootSafe=1. If
this entry exists, edit the file so that the entry reads BootSafe=0.

The MSDOS.SYS file is a hidden, read-only file. You will need to change
these attributes before you can edit the file. Use WordPad to edit the
file. Do not change any other entries.
