Virus

When I try to open any program I see a black window pop
ups and disappears very fast and system does not do any
thing. I captured the black window. In title bar of the
blcak window says
startmenu\programs\startup\winocx32.exe. Inside the
window contents is ''cannot find file
menu\programs\startup\winocx32.exe"(or one of its
components. Check to ensure the path and file name are".
I have no clue why it is happening. I can't run any
program and can't even shutdown my computer. I shutdown
my computer by putting off main switch. Is anybody there
to help me.

Apparently your anti-virus app removed the file....it is a worm:

.....but did not fix the Registry damage.

Get this file:

Download the file to any computer, put it on a floppy and take it to the =
problem computer. =20
Right-click the .inf file and click Install on the menu that appears.

Then update your anti-virus app and do a full-system virus scan.
