Default PNP Bios hardware conflict

My machine has a hardware conflict (from MSINFO32.exe) see
below. When I try to run the hardware conflict
troubleshooter it does not work. I click on the corky dot
next to "I need to resolve a hardware conflict on my
computer" and click next. The right window that is
supposed to display the next step goes blank and doesn't
go any further. I can click on other items in the left
window so the screen is not frozen. Not been able to get
help from the knowledge base. Any help/suggestions would
be appreciated.

Thanks, Tim
