Default Old win 95 files

I recently upgraded from win 95 to win 98. Can I delete
the folder that holds the win 95 files? and if so, how do
I do it?

Thanks,

RO

if you upgraded with the option to keep your old win95 files
just uninstall through the control panel

add/remove programs

you should see it there or in add/remove windows components

I thought that's what I did, but there is nothing in the
ad/remove about win 95. There were some files
about "uninstall win 98" that I have already removed.

I have this one folder "win95" with a 118 MB of files in
it. I wanted to remove it, but maybe it has to stay.

After a DOS boot
REName the \Win95 folder something else.
Then boot Win98 and run as normal.
If nothing ever complains it cannot find an
essential Win95 file, you can delete the
whole folder.

What files are in that folder, exactly?
