Default Missing ODBC Data Sources

In english
==========
I've Windows 98 1st Edition (in Portuguese). I've lost the
"ODBC Data Sources" control panel. I don't know why. I just
wanted to see what was the name of a data source I set when
I had Personal Web Server installed. I already checked onto
"TweakUI", and the odbccp32.cpl control panel is activated!
How can I resolve that? Double-click in the .cpl file does
not open it, and "Start""Run", typing "odbccp32.cpl" returns
the following error:

"Não há um programa associado ao ficheiro especificado para executar
esta operação. Crie uma associação em 'O Meu Computador', fazendo clique
em 'Ver' e, depois, sobre 'Opções de Pastas'."

that I translate as:

"There is no program associated to the specified file to execute this
operation. Create an association in 'My Computer', clicking in 'View',
and, after, over 'Folder Settings'."

Thanks in advance,
Nuno Silva (aka NJSG)

Tenho o Windows 98 1ª Edição. Perdi o painel de controlo
"ODBC Data Sources". Não sei porquê. Apenas queria saber qual
o nome de uma fonte de dados que eu defini quando tinha o
Personal Web Server instalado. Também já vi no "TweakUI" e o
painel de controlo odbccp32.cpl está activado!
Como posso resolver isto? Duplo-clique no ficheiro .cpl
não o abre, e "Iniciar""Executar", escrever "odbccp32.cpl" e
fazer ENTER origina o seguinte erro:

"Não há um programa associado ao ficheiro especificado para executar
esta operação. Crie uma associação em 'O Meu Computador', fazendo clique
em 'Ver' e, depois, sobre 'Opções de Pastas'."

Agradeço desde já a(s) vossas/sua resposta(s),
Nuno Silva (aka NJSG)

Your English is very good, Nuno.

To fix your problem, you can reinstall the program that installed the Control Panel
applet...such as MS Office. In that situation, you would run Office setup, and
reinstall the Data Access Objects component, or MS Access if it is currently
installed. If it was Personal Web Server that installed it, you would reinstall
that.

Alternately, you can install MDAC 2.5 Service Pack 3, listed he
